Leadership is changing. Human capability matters more than ever.

Creative Leadership is not another course about using more AI. Throughout the programme, you’ll explore where AI can expand your capabilities, and where human judgement, responsibility and creativity need to lead.

Hi, I'm Rama 

I live in London, but my heart is global. For more than twenty years I've been exploring what makes leadership more human. This programme brings together that experience into one practical learning journey. I’ll guide you throughout every module, reflection and exercise.

So what makes people and organisations thrive?

As a designer and business leader, I have worked with governments, universities, global companies and communities around the world. Everywhere I went, I found the same thing:

The future belongs not to those who simply know more, but to those who can connect more deeply, think more creatively and lead with greater humanity.
